I love the glass vases at Target. So big and pretty ❤️ the costly shelves are nice too

At 02:30 I’m not sure but that different-looking Calathea may be ‘Flame Star’. Related to ‘Beauty Star’, or maybe bred from it originally, lol.

King Soopers still have their 8” baskets for $12.99. That’s where I buy majority of my pothos varieties

The long target self-watering planters are great for crawling philos. Target had some really cute small wire trellises at Christmastime. I regret not buying those.

Those vases are cute.

I saw that feathery plant with green tops and red underside last week too. I aaaalmost bought it because I'd never seen it before. Now I wish I had! Also, I love Proven Winners. So many amazing offerings recently.

@@Allieppr the two plants look identical, the only way you can really tell them apart is the Apoballis has dark petioles... good catch. At one time she was classified as a Schismatoglottis, but they discovered it was a new genus. 🥰

Definitely a cost effective way to window shop for plants. Lol thanks for bringing us with you! I would love to see a video like this but with local plant stores, they always have the cutest aesthetics. I've heard of a few cute ones in Savannah like STUMP, Cast & Grey Botanical and Herb Creek.

Our Home Depot recently received such an awesome shipment of nice plants!!!!! I bought 6 😳 and have no idea where I’m going to put them 😂

I found some cute plant stands at Walmart. I got one today to go in my bathroom for calatheas and other humidity craving plants

Oh I like the shape of that one pot. Quite angular

I try to do them once a month at least! They tend to be the same plants all the time at big box stores too 😂 I may have end up going more often once spring gets here!

Wow, those wicker pots I. The stand are cute but VERY expensive.

Got an over-watered manjula from Lowe's last week. I believe there were 3 total. I got the basket that looked to be the most manjula. The other 2 looked mixed with marble queen. 16.95, I think, was the price.

The self watering pots at target actually work. I was buying Lechuza pots for a while but my pockets couldn’t handle the prices. Target pots work well with Pon

Btw. I wouldve taken (the maharani(s), black velvets, dragonscales, a few of those aglaonemas, a bird of paradise or three, all the ferns, all the diffenbachias, all the hoyas, many orchids) to the getaway car🥷

@@plantsbymelissa i have found so many alocasias like pink dragon, green scale, dragon scale, maharani, etc Although they were in rough shape, they had corms galore to compensate. I think i got them for $10 each due to damage. btw I love your videos!

I’m such a sucker for orchids. Lowe’s has better prices but Home Depot has better selection of plant in my experience here in California.

@plantsbymelissa Yes,especially anything other than the common ones. I also scored a win when I found a philodendron tortum and a philodendron crocodile at Walmart a couple of weeks ago. I am delighted to see the big box stores carrying more of a variety of uncommon plants.

Maybe they’re getting their spring plants in like stores are bringing in new spring clothes out now.

I figure the "variegated" plants were probably sprayed with some sort of chemical, or paint when they were younger, hence why both of the smallest leaves have the green. :)

My bank balance isnt safe when i visit garden centres. I would easily barter with the manager for my kidney or a piece of my liver. Wonder if they would accept my organs? I can donate anything i don't need two of.
