@@plantsbymelissa the greenhouse will definitely look good on the stand you bought. I have mine on the SATSUMAS (the one that costed $79. I paid $49 for it in ‘21). IKEA plant accessories have definitely jump in price but the ceramic is so good & heavy plus you can get multiples. Unlike TJMAXX/Marshalls.

Plant ranch is one of my favorite nurseries in Jacksonville. During the winter they don’t have much, but during spring and summer that place is packed with rare plants. I even have a video there as well.

You have a plant wall it’s all your moss poles in a row and they look like a wall of plants.

My daughter lives near that Ikea and she got me the large Akerbar for Christmas. They didn’t have white in stock but I’m happy with the black one. I weathered stripped it and the humidity soars into the 90s some days. I try and get up there as much as I can. I’m about 90 minutes south. Happy Belated Birthday! Great haul! 🪴

The Plant Ranch had some great plants. In particular I noticed an incredible Madagascar Palm that you walked by. I have 2 nice Madagascar Palms but that may have been the most spectacular one I’ve ever seen. One of my favorite plants. I’ll be traveling to Amelia Island in March and may have to make an excursion to the Plant Ranch. Fun video, thanks.

@@plantsbymelissa the Madagascar Palm that caught my eye is at about 23:20 or so of the video. It is on the floor. One of mine is about that height but the foliage of this one’s crown is far more lush . I’m envious but I’ll see what future growth brings. They look like a cactus but are actually a succulent. Easy to care for and they have a great deal of aesthetic appeal for me.

Next time you're in Jax, check out the farmers market downtown. A little grungy but there's a couple there with a plant shop that's pretty amazing and unexpected. When you walk through the covered building, go right and you should see it. Thanks for the video and interesting plants!

I picked up the gold colored Akerbär last night, going to get some different hardware to hold it together because those plastic parts look like it will fall apart. I cant wait to put all my little pitcher plants in it. How funny to see this video of you getting the same. Happy Birthday Melissa! Looks like you had a fun planty adventure.

I have the blue and gold christlan in my Windows. Couldn't get more then 3 and they sold out. So I got Black ones from another brand. Spent a small fortune but it looks amazing.

Would take us around 3 h to get there... Love to see familiar views of Savannah and all of the plants you are showing. We live in Idaho now and don't have 5% of what you have in Lowe's. But it's okay, online shopping can help :)

I got the Akabar greenhouse last fall and I keep my young Anthuriums in it with a simple clip light above it on top of a large antique buffet in my living room-and so far so good! They’re putting out new growth and seem happy.
