I'm currently reading "How not to diet" by Dr. Michael Greger. After that, I would like to read "Selbstfürsorge - Dein Anker in turbulenten Zeiten" by Anke Glaßmeyer. And after that? I don't know, maybe Nika Sachs (a selfpublisher).
