    Hey, I realized after 25 years that I have ADHD, this video is so mesmerizing and makes me so happy, I struggle a lot with myself when I have day where I don't do anything nor plan it. This is definitely going to change my life, thank you with the bottom of our attention deficit hearts

    im watching this bcoz ., i have a friend who have adhd and im try to help out.,. and understand how adhd people behaviore ., . it will useful if you share your insights.,., why im asking bcoz i think only adhd people can understand the other adhd person.,.

    Do you do journaling or anything else? How do you organise all the thoughts that come to an ADHD brain. What are the other apps you use regularly? Is Roam still a favourite?

    Thanks Jesse! The step of taking down what I actually did in a given day seemed so obvious that it didn't seem worth it at first, but having done it on my phone just in GCal has been really great for finding my own footing in what routine and planning/prioritisation methods actually work for me.

    Whats the difference between a highlight and a important task? How do u use this with keeping track of your OKR, business processes and strategic goals? For example, do u use it with OKR or your strategic goals? Or is OKR not so suitable for a ADHD person?

    A highlight doesn’t have to be a task or a work thing. It could be going to the park with the kids and enjoy an ice cream. Something that you want to remember when you look back to that day.
