I’m going into my second year of teaching and this will be my first in-person first day! Woohoo! I used your 2018 First-Day-of-School video as inspiration for my stations, and I just finalized my first day plans this morning. Your videos are so helpful!

I like that idea of students sending an email day 1. Students are much more willing to share things in email sometimes or ask questions.

Thank you for sharing about stations as a way to connect and engage with students!

I like that you include watching and listening as reading. I don't have the best relationship with reading because it took us too long to work out I needed glasses. But i listen to audiobooks like they are going out of style.

Do you have these activities available? I didn’t see them on TPT. They sound amazing! Moving to middle school next year and already trying to map out my first few days. Lol I’m a planner so I don’t feel as stressed.
