I have brought a few index cards to work so when something comes to mind, I can write it down and put it in the system when I get home.

Glad to see one too...Doodle, Doodle, Doodle...LOVE IT!! Grateful to your assistant - killed me... Awesome on the WAM - really helped - and got me excited to maybe start moving my 12 week year to my cards - but I really love my 100 day insert I'm using. Might try and figure out how to use both.

Loved the book and movie of Boys in the Boat! When we were RVing full-time we explored that area of Washington extensively. It was neat reading about those areas in the book. Thanks for sharing your planning! ❤

I’ve heard you refer to the salon so many times in your videos, but I’m not sure what you are referring to. I was so surprised (PLEASANTLY surprised!!) that you posted a video today. I haven’t figured out if there are certain days you upload a video, but I check everyday. I’m still learning the lingo of your system, I’m hoping I get my setup working as smoothly as yours works for you. I am enjoying the process of trying to figure it all out. Thanks for this video today.

Ha! I want to know what day I upload a video too 😂 The salon - some people call it a saloon - is the living room on a boat. Salon, galley, cabins, heads, pilot house... silly boat people!

We're on a well and have arsenic to deal with and while we have a whole house filter, I'm paranoid and I got an AquaTru filter for our drinking water- it's a smaller table top reverse osmosis filter that covers heavy metals, microplastics, etc. I love it and it's been worth it. I don't know if it's practical for you on the boat or not, but I understand the anxiety!

This box is an old tupperware that had art supplies in it before I planned my entire year out 👀 I put my 12 week year in my usual black bag and have the rest of my year now in a card box I found from the thrift store! I liked the big tupperware when I was planning, because it easily held all of my pens and cards while I was working on it.

Good morning!! I just saw your IG post about if we’ve purchased any of your products that you have just finished with a new product of some kind and you are willing to very generously send us the link if we go to your Etsy shop. I’m 100% non technical and it’s a miracle that I was even able to save all the products I purchased from you. Not sure I’ll ever be able to find them again, but I have my index cards set up. I went to Etsy and couldn’t find a way to contact you so I was wondering how else I might be able to inquire about receiving whatever you index cards you have just completed. I know you have been away on vacation and I’ve left my cards as is, waiting for your next videos. Lol, I’m totally lost in all of this, but I really think if I can figure this out, it will be exactly what I need for the long run. Sorry I couldn’t figure out how to message you on Etsy.

Hi, Just a quick question. For this system, where/how do you keep your general to do list items (and/or if you can point me to a video, if you've already covered this...)? Is that currently in your Passion Planner? I found your video, because I am currently struggling between using a simple system in Apple Notes, vs. Todoist, vs. re-starting my index card system I used years ago.... I am very interested in purchasing, may take to FedEx Office to print on cardstock today, and get it set up! Thank you for any info on how you handle all incoming, random to do items? Thanks!

Great question - I will use blank cards and write a to do list item on it. When it’s done. I flip it over and file it in front of the blanks divider to use the back. It’s not as pretty, but it gets the job done. For example, I had a card last week I filed to make my son new flashcards. I filed it the week before to remind myself, did it and then recycled it once they were done (the back of the card had another to do list item on it. Another example is that I made a vertical list on a blank card of things I wanted to do from my morning pages. I filed the lists for today. Most of the items are related, but there’s a couple I might give their own cards. If I know I’ll get everything on a list done I don’t worry about making individual cards for each item. That’s just what I’ve been doing - you might come up with something better as you go. I feel better having everything in one place - that and the single task at a time has helped me focus and feel less overwhelmed ☺️

@@timeandtideplans Awesome, thank you VERY much for your detailed response so quickly, much appreciated. I will for sure try that as you suggest, I feel like my mind works very similarly; and i, too, love seeing the one and NOT being overwhelmed by visually seeing a long list all at once. Thank you!

Is there a way to print these directly onto index cards? It looks like the file is a PDF with 4 cards per page

Unfortunately I don't currently have a product to print direct to index cards right now. You're right, it's a PDF that prints with 2 or 4 cards per page depending on size. @@timeandtideplans did pretty well avoiding chocolate at Valentine’s Day. Husband’s radiation treatments ongoing, hoping to start chemo next week. Plus major transitions happening at work March-April, so hoping to keep my peace and not overindulge on candy during Easter.
