Same here in the Philippines, we describe the place on where we live instead of telling the address. For example "Uh the white house on the corner of the street, and there are kids playing outside and there's also a dog a rabid one but don't worry it's leashed" something like that hahahahahahahaha

It is so bad that they take this their attitude abroad. I ordered egusi soup because since I am away from home, once in a while I do order Nigerian food. After placing my order, they told me I will receive my order in 30 minutes time and I was so hungry and really wanted to eat Nigerian food but guess what? 2hours gone they didn't show up, when I called them, they said it was traffic, traffic for abroad? This people won't change, it is really bad. Please change your attitude.

atleast they inform not letting you starve for hours.. might be a case in very few remote areas..otherwise I feel lucky to live in India..also the delivery and hotel owners are kind enough..highly apologize for delay in delivery also sometimes they send you a free dish if something wrong is delivered or does not taste good.
