Is it only the audio that gets blocked? It seems that for most reactors, it’s the visuals that they have to put a filter over. Perhaps you could pause the video, or superimpose a still photo over small sections of the video? (Not a youtuber here, just trying to suggest alternatives - perhaps you could contact other reactors for advice ....?)
