Infra-Red lyrics:
One last thing before I shuffle off the planet
I will be the one to make you crawl
So I came down to wish you an unhappy birthday
Someone call the ambulance, there's gonna be an accident
I'm coming up on infra-red
There is no running that can hide you
'Cause I can see in the dark
I'm coming up on infra-red
Forget your running, I will find you
One more thing before we start the final face off
I will be the one to watch you fall
So I came down to crash and burn your beggar's banquet
Someone call the ambulance, there's gonna be an accident
I'm coming up on infra-red
There is no running that can hide you
'Cause I can see in the dark
I'm coming up on infra-red
Forget your running, I will find you
(And the dark is running after you, I swear it, the dark is running after you. The dark is after you...)
Someone call the ambulance, there's gonna be an accident
I'm coming up on infra-red
There is no running that can hide you
'Cause I can see in the dark
I'm coming up on infra-red
Forget your running, I will find you
'Cause I can see in the dark
I'm coming up on infra-red
There is no running that can hide you
'Cause I can see in the dark
I'm coming up on infra-red
Forget your running, I will find you
I'll find you, I'll find you

I remember hearing their songs in TV as a kid . I really disliked their music, not because its bad, but because his voice made my heart shiver of fear and despair, I was not ready for that. Now I understand and I love the same songs I could not stand back then.

the beat after 'there's gonna be an accident' gets me high!!!! it is an incredible energy song!
This is why I bought rock records decades ago. This type of harnessed energy is what I want, particularly Saturday morning to set 👆 Saturday afternoon and Saturday night, when I would wear red framed infra red glasses.

Woah, you can't compare placebo to muse, it's like comparing food, each is different and good in their own way. The songs are made to suit different states of minds and moods. This is all based on what you like, but Brian his vocals personality and look are just well diabolical sexy.

You can compare anything to anything, especially music & food. Denying their similarities is as foolish as denying their differences. One does not cancel out the other. They can be both similar and different at the same time. Music is about interpretation, preference etc. & is a subjective art form. You shouldn't dictate to people in regards to how they discuss music, just because you dislike comparisons. If *you* do not want to make comparisons, then do not make them, but you should allow others that freedom of expression. I'm not a big fan of Muse, but I, personally, believe they are similar, musically, to Placebo and IAMX. They are all unique artists in their own rights. Comparing them does not take that away from their individuality.
