The house is old. The price is of the location this is on main Margalla Road and 4 canal land!

Is amount main is behtar 12 ghar mil sakty hain.

1.2 billion mein 90 crore plot kay hain. And the reason for the house to be this expensive is islamabad kay is hisay mein dollars meinn rent milta hai. Embassies aur ngos rent pe letien hain. Isliye yeh itna expensive hai.

1.20 Arab for a 4 kanal house in Islamabad, eventhough its in F6 you can buy property in West village in New york for that price. Sadly no one is going to buy that house not even for half of the price.

The interior of the house is pathetic with very low and cheap fixtures. The house should be demolished and then one should find some quality architect and builder to construct a cozy and aestheticly appealing house

5 years ago this price was alright Now no one will buy it on even 80 crore. You do know why? During imran government businessman were picked up in daylight. You would have remembered F10 incident? After such incidents rich elite is freighted to buy houses in these sectors.
