  Honestly. First home seems affordable in islamabad compared to Lahore. 3.25 carore for 7 marla . Thats same as Lahore or cheaper 🫠

  why dont the architects realize that people have kids and kids need vedrooms too. suppose a family of parents and their two young children buy this. which floor do they use now? if they convert one bedroom on ground floor into kids room, all those fancy walls and fabrics will go to waste? at least 1 room should be completely vacant in all furnished houses

  I simply can"t understand why the kitchens are so small and where can you place the fridge in this house. A house of this size should always focus on an open plan basis with the central hub being the kitchen with a large island and this can be achieved but eliminating a ground floor bedroom.I like the tv lounge area but there was one factor missing >>no window in that area which seem claustrophobic. I cant get my head around that the architects in Pakistan make the same type of layout and construction build ,if it was me I would have the entire area open plan living no doubt with supporting walls which will allow upper floor dwelling but the fact is non can do this in Pakistan as they simply are not geared to use their revit of autocad to create this sort of floor plan layout. The main focal point of a house must be the large size kitchen where on e can sit chat discuss and eat and watch tv at the same time whilst having a garden view which lacks in all these houses,as it focuses on a small front green area which is laughable and stupid. If your having a seating in the front green area then an SUV turns up to park then your getting all the noise and fumes of that vehicle ,this is why here in LONDON our gardens are always in the rear with out BB set ups. Pakistani architects gotta get their heads outta their butt holes and diversify their ideas in order to shy away from a concept old and worn out.

  18 crores Pakistan Rupees = 6 crores Indian Rupees. With 6 crores Indian rupees, you won’t get such villa in any Indian metro city. Indian architects & designers are stuck in the old pathetic design. I am saying this as an Indian. Pakistani architects & designers & builders have adopted western contemporary designs & high ceilings & door features with French back doors & open modular kitchen designs which are found in America
