ملے خاک میں اہلِ شاں کیسے کیسے مکیں ہو گٔیٔے لا مکاں کیسے کیسے Location and view seems pretty nice and i am sure lots of hard work and efforts must be put in to create this mansion but to be honest it is not worth half the asking price. Don't get me wrong it is a gorgeous house that will appease few but it is not something very extra ordinary that can justify that kind of insane money.

Bro with all the amenities & luxuries u guys should have made it centrally heated & cooled home which could have been a selling element for this type of mansion, if i would spend 200 Crores on a house which is the most expensive house in the country i can not imagine going to the washroom in winters & shivering while sitting on a cold toilet seat or taking a hot bath in winters sitting in that red tub and feeling the chills because it lacks heating system

What is the price of only plot?
Burning Q: why is owner selling it? His daughters asfa and zaynab names hang over their bedroom. House location is Bahria Intellectual village and is on a slope and corner of Road 1B. Retention wall and construction must be high quality to withstand possible landslides and heavy construction to areas and road below the backside.
Spent 200crore and forgot to protect windows from rain in windy weather you hve to keep windows close or let rain enter home! What a blunder
Pathetic use of construction materials and use of land. Only money launderers can park their money.

The river just few blocks away is an open sewer where all sewerage of Rawalpindi merges. The infamous Nala Lai mixes with Soan River. The smell is unbearable, and I'm not sure why they can build big societies yet no planning for waste management. This house is beautifully designed but who will spend over $7 Mill to buy a house in Rawalpindi.
