Assalamualaikum Farrukh! My family and I thoroughly enjoy watching your videos and the way you present them . Premium homes require premium presentation and your mannerisms are on par 👍Not everyone can make a pitch gracefully when it comes to merchandising exquisite houses Moreover your claim that it’s the best house of 2023 is accentuated by the fact that you used the word “خوبصورت” 87 times (that’s right I counted!) in the 33 minute video of the house 😊 however I do have a request that whenever you describe the homes make sure to advertise the staff accommodation as well because such loaded homes require quite the staff for mantainance as well and maid rooms just don’t quite cover the requirement . What about the drivers guards cooks and most importantly cleaning staff ? Thankyou

Good house, but you guys need to learn to make a video. In the entire video the guy is talking about a thing and you guys are showing a random montage. The main reason is that we still have bigger land & space available even in big cities our cities r still not half way densely populated like urs like Bombay Calcutta & Dehli etc..

@@ayanbanerjee7479 No Compare to Ur 1.5 Billion population U don’t hve Huge land, All Ur Cities r super densely overpopulated to the point where 1/4 of city dwellers live on street I seen it myself in Calcutta & Bombay etc. I must say U hve No clue abt Pakistan the houses demand & things existed in Pakistan 40 years ago india NVR had until abt last 20 years ago & also Pakistan downfall & declining had started in mid 80sss, bet U didn’t know Pakistan per capita income was still higher then India until mid 2000 & highest of this region until late 90sss including of China.
