This pizza is phenomenal. One of the best if not the best ive ever had. The grandma pie is unbelievable also.

For me it's a solid "10" !!! Best Pizza around and the staff is so sweet and kind, always helped my mom with her walker and held the door for her etc.....

If I lived near this pizzeria I would eat their every day. Been there three times . It’s 32 miles from my house well worth the drive.

Been there a couple of times . Watched him make it cheese is slice into thin squares the size of America cheese sliced at a deli. They cover the whole pie with cheese then they use a large spoon and in circles they put the sauce down spoon never touches the pie almost like a fanning motion. I thought the cheese to sauce ratio was perfect. Your right about the crust thin and crispy so good. I thought the sauce was lite and very tasty. With that being said it’s a 9.1

Today's rewatch. I had totally forgotten about this one, and looked it up after just rewatching DP's review. I'm curious about what other styles of pizza they offer there, if any. Your mention of Rubirosa made me remember that Andrew Bellucci stated on the forum that when he worked there, they used a 50/50 blend of Valoroso and Alta Cucina tomatoes (both from Stanislaus) for their sauce. I've got a meeting this morning with a Sysco foodservice rep, and I'm hoping I can finally get my hands on some Valoroso tomatoes, because I've been wanting to try them for years and haven't had a source.

Great review. Almost went there today actually. Went instead to Casa Della Mozzarella for a sandwich ... superb. Is basil part of a NY style pizza? Neopolitan, yes ...

Fair review. Joe fleetwood up the street has a very good Sicilian. Also what’s a really good low moisture mozzarella? I’ve said it in your comments before Johnny’s is my fav. Just need to try to kings of NYC.

Look's good i'm jealous of the good spot's in you state. Mass has some good one's as well put you guy's and Connecticut seem to be the King's. Heard your Met's cleaned house today, thinking you are going to see some big time' name player's come your way soon.

The cheese is not oily. They put olive oil on the pizza. I know Johnnys for 40+ years
