I beg of you two things: 1) release Chef Abate's complete rant, uncensored, all 45 minutes of it 2) film Chef Abate's version of the healthy deep dish pizza and spread it to the world
"The job is not the solution it's fixing what is broken inside" 😢😢😢 that hit home

Yes, Chef Bruno Abate, everything you say makes sense! And you're an example for why immigration is one of the golden pillars in the foundation of the United States of America.

Yeah, I'll bet most of them had already been trained above this level, work like this doesn't pay, they won't be able to get the loan for the push-kart.
I am so grateful for *Beyond the Scenes* Podcast with Roy Wood Jr.!!! So far, you have been covering the shows I really wanted more information about so thank you very much!!! 🤗🥰🤗 Also, *Marinara Americans* is crazy and hilarious! 🤣😂🤣
Sorry to say, but the chef was supposed to go on the main show instead. His "why" for this program is just so pure. I love it.
Chef Bruno Abate be the motivational speaker saying all the things I need to hear today
what can other people in the community do? HIRE RECENTLY RELEASED PRISONERS/DETAINEES/FELONS. first, and foremost!
Roy Wood Jr. doing an impersonation of Morgan Freeman (from Shawshank Redemption, explicitly) is both way hilarious, and way awesome, lol.
Watching everyone in this piece interact with benevolence, humor, and respect gives me hope. Sincere thanks to Roy, Ronnie, Chef Bruno, and Deon Gillespie
I would buy jail pizza to support the program. Gordon Ramsay did something similar to this.

Ramsay behind bars is what it's called! He helped form what was called "the bad boys bakery". One of those shows Americans often miss cause they j wanna hear him scream insults at people, but it really showed his kindness and commitment to people.
I love this Chef and his point of view!
I seldom see Ronnie laughing on the show, because most of the times he showing his anger side with his performance and jokes. And I have to say I really like it. Glad that this Beyond the scene podcast bring out the bright side of him. 🙂
I would love to find this truck or his restaurant the next time I am in Chicago ❤truly inspiring
I don't think Roy will ever run out of analogies for this show
Wish I could give more than one "Like." Thank you Roy, Trevor Noah staff, Chef Abate & all involved in this program for this exceptional piece. Sharing with my contacts and on FB. Namaste.

Sebastian's comnent on Ronney's willingness to do anything he is requested to, reminded me of Hamilton's line "immigrants, we get the job done". Just saying.
This is actually an excellent program. This might be one of the few times you people on the Left and we on the Right agree on something.
Thank you Chef, for all that you do. this man is a saint
Teaching a trade or job skills is Fantastic! How many businesses are begging for employees! They've raised the wages, too! 😊♥️

I’ve never seen Ronny so cheerful - it’s wonderful to see how much of a kick he got out of this interview and the podcast :)
Great guest, great segment, congrats Ronny and Daily Show
Bruno is a massive fukin legend can we all agree on that at least???
I wonder how many sheriff and wardens would actually be open to a program like this in their facility.
I love this show, Roy, Ronnie, Sébastien, and Dulcé.
This shows that even now immigrants are still where the U S draws it's greatness!
I totally love this as it's own separate program from The Daily Show. Great job, and very entertaining in its own right.
I love Roy's description of the podcast!!!
Chef Abate's vision...love it! Epic piece! Love Beyond the Scenes!

Great program!!! Love y’all ♥️
Love that you had the program graduate on as well. Really great to have his perspective on what this meant to him.
This was a beautiful peace 😭 sending positive vibes to Chef.
Love Chef Abate! He is healing the individual. giving them life skills, plus making money for their future. This program model should be followed by other industries and rolled out throughout the prison system.
I like that the chef movement. definitely needs a hashtag like #chefmovement #Recipeforchange
I loved that bit! Thank you so much for bringing it back!!
I stand with you Roy.
I was really hating on Ronny for destroying all of those beautiful, delicious, expensive, deep dish pizzas.

Chef Bruno Abate is so passionate and inspiring [:
I wish everyone involved in prison work and the inmates that flourish because of it (and those that struggle to find a way), continued blessings in their life :)
One question I kept waiting for _someone_ to ask: which pizza is easier to eat with a knife and fork?
Ronny is down to do anything 😂😂
You guys are great. I never get tired of these vids!
Loved this! "Immigrants! We get the job done!" - The Hamilton Mixtape
Perfect description of the podcast 😄
Bruno: how much did they pay for the mozzarella on your pants and the sauce Me: 😂😂😂😂😂👌👌👌👌
Thank you, Chef Abate!
I love Chicago deep dish pizza. You're not alone Roy lol
Ayo Roy. I love what you are doing. Big up from Angola!!!
This piece made me smile! I love Chef’s mindset about reform - it goes way beyond job skills. It’s fixing what’s broken inside ♥️🙏
I wander if y'all picked up the trash after Ronny threw all those "pizza"
I’m with you Roy, DEEP DISH!
In LA those bacon wrapped hotdogs from street carts are called “danger dogs”. Dangerous because questionable hygiene? No. Dangerous because the cops are always busting the cart owners. Best hotdogs in town!
Loved this one!
As someone who has been through rough times not having enough to eat, I hated the destruction of food even if it was deep dish pizza.
Please release the whole chefs rant. I would love to see it. It should be a gem
Nice thanks for sharing love the cause. Would love to collaborate !
Great chef great idea great conversation
This was amazing
Chicago born and raised here. Deepdish pizza is not pizza, it's a tourist attraction. Like a giant ball of yarn or the tallest salad fork it's gimmicky garbage.
I hate podcasts but this is a beautiful thing this chef is doing. I'll support Roy!!!
Chicago burber here, fell in love with NYC pizza. Can't go back!
Wholesome af
He is precious
So awesome
I could watch Ronnie throw pizzas for an hour. Hilarious
Opening is the best scene
Love this
Am I the only person getting "reality show" vibes here? The chef and the grad they talked to here, they start a food truck together...
County ain't no joke💯
I need the supercut of all of Ronnie's archived pizza destruction footage.
Saint Chef!!
Incredible
LOVE THIS! Thank you. --- KateColors

I've looked it up. Apparently it's called Tocco and it's in Wicker Park.
Passion & Pride in his words
No actual pizza was harmed in the making of this show.
We need to know what the results have been?
Sebastian DiNatale looks like the love child of Jake Gyllenhaal and Toby Maguire.
The chef is a true American. Or what should be a true American, showing love, empathy and guidance 🥰
I loved deep dish, but I'm gluten free now. Deep dish is waaay too much carbs.
I miss Jessica Williams!
Excellent segment except...don't diss Chicago pizza man! 😄
I love deep dish. Way more comforting than New York style for sure...
It's easier to find thin crust in Chicago than it is deep dish🤷🏿♂️
One can only hope that this idea that he has come up with spreads to other states like a proper wave

I'll be honest I actually do want to try deep dish pizza so I'm basically the reverse Ronnie
I didn't even know Steve Carell ate a spoonful of Crisco like what?
Roy I love CP Time but that deep dish pizza chef threw on the table and torn apart was not a Giordano's pizza. I was on a brick phone ordering my pizza at Kenwood. South Side 9 5 not 26th and California 🤷♂️
Sébastien is cute. Great program.
Chicago has terrible pizza
Who's car was that deep dish thrown on??
Unitedstatians wasting food since ever...
