Okay..I simply don't get why this beautiful young woman with an amazing voice and style isn't more present on radio stations, tv etc.? She clearly has more talent then most of those called "singers" that we here day by day. I just don't get it. Where is the good music taste of our generation?

I have not heard the original (yes, I live under a rock) AND never heard of Pixie Lott either, BUT I sure love this cover! Makes me smile, makes me want to dance. Plus she's got a fabulous, soulful voice! :)

This is very well executed, but I feel like it denies the true feeling that comes with the original, which is more serious, more - as someone already said - mysterious. Not that funky, happy like this cover. But still, a pretty damn good cover!

Miss perfection

On every Pixie Lott video, whether that be acoustic sessions or music videos, everyone assumes she is using auto tune. Yeah she may use it occasionally but what artist doesn't?! Does anybody notice that she is actually capable of singing by herself? Check out her cover of 'you've got a friend in me' - no auto tune whatsoever yet she sounds identical to any performance where she is apparently 'using auto tune'.

I really like Lorde's original version of this song. I love hearing it on the radio. Pixie Lott just made that version child's play.
