You seem to be focusing on left-shooting left-wingers (DeBrusk, Bertuzzi, Beauvillier and Domi can all play either wing and Domi can also play center), but what we need most of all is a right-shooting top-six winger. Why? The left half wall on the power play. More sandpaper is nice, but none of those guys moves the needle much compared to improving the power play. And the absolute best way to improve the PP is to bring in a right shooter. Karlsson, Malkin, Crosby and Bunting all have roles on the top unit, but they cannot be dangerous without that right side option. We had it with Kessel (different type of right side player), but we need that presence on that left side. If we don't improve the PP, the injection of youth, trading of veterans, changes in goaltending and the coaching staff will not matter at all. Fix the power play, first and foremost. That starts with a right-shooting winger. Steven Stamkos checks all boxes.

Interesting concept - I'm all on-board with Tyler Bertuzzi and Max Domi coming here. Now, I'm excited about that! Unfortunately, I know it'll probably NOT happen..... But man oh man wouldn't that be something exciting to watch if Dubas could bring both of those guys here!!! We'd definitely have a net front presence on our lines then I think.

The thing about free agents is that they also have to want to sign here. I think theres a zero % chance majority of the names on the market want to sign with a team that's on the downward trend.

Would love Zadorov

Getting Bertuzzi and Domi would be a plus. A Reilly Smith/ Tristan Jarry package deal would be sufficient.

Zadorov to secure the 2nd defensive pairing probably need 5 years× 5.75$, Letang healthy will be better! Karlsson & Petterson are playing great and 2nd half Karlsson for a full year YA!! Ok, top 2 defense 👏 Smith can't be hard to trade & and packaging PO with Jarry to get a top 3rd liner+ high draft would be fantastic plus we get out of the 5.5 or so aav on Jarry. We have a much better 3rd line, cool! Ok, we now have $$$$' to spend, some on Zadorov, now top line with winger for Crosby & Connor 3rd line now. Who??? We have $$ and our defense is better in front of Ned & Bloomqvist so obviously DeBrusk, Bertuzzi, who knows Marnier?? I believe with a secured defense honestly Ned will be so much better and he was already good. The biggest factor was his confidence AND the teams confidence!!!

You're going to have to trade Jarry if you want to before free agency so you can identify the replacement for him. If you wait into free agency you'll miss out

Just needs tweaking judging by how good they were at the end of last season

I think Jack Roslovic would be a top option alongside Domi and Beauvillier, cheaper deal, solid middle 6 guy, especially if he can play on the wing

Y'know, no matter who we'd get to play goal, they're gonna be thrown to the wolves here in Pittsburgh - we have NO Defense, they ONLY sound D man we have here is Marcus Petterson ( although I'm excited to see Jack St. Ivnay development!) and if you put Ned on a team with a good shut down defense I'll bet the farm he'd put up Vezina caliber numbers. We're really kinda screwed with our Defense. Couple that with anemic scoring and inconsistent goaltending and you've got the recipe for another frustrating AND disappointing season ahead. Just Saying........

Penguins suck and aren't even the Pens anymore. Dubas is a bum. Zach Hyman $5.5AAV. Jared McCann $5AAV. He let them go for Tavares $11AAV. Also signed Matt Murray and made the Foligno trade, etc. Then he doesn't sign Bunting of Toronto for free as a UFA last summer before trading Jake for him. Dubas will destroy the Penguins. Graves sucks, if the Pens had the open space they could try for Zadorov but we got Dubas'd. Dubas was supposed to hire a GM and hires himself. We are doomed with this incompetent control freak. Soon Pens fans will realize Lemieux sold the Pens and sold out!

If we could unload Jarry to Edmonton, they'd MAYBE get an upgrade from Skinner and a Cup winning goalie within their system. As for the Penguins I wouldn't mind seeing them bring in someone new to have a 1A & B Goalie tandem. I do think maybe Lauren Broissoit from Winnipeg might actually be a good fit here, but honestly I'd just like to see ANYBODY other than Jarry here. Jarry just can't get it done here in Pittsburgh and it's time for both parties to go their own ways.

People do not watch hockey, they look at the surnames. This is the only reason why Domi is always get talked about. He is bad, and you can easily see this by just watching him play
