However when you consider the channel makes about $18M a year alone on KZread with new and recycled material it gets a bit hard to be sentimental once you've seen the same thing multiple times. I realize most(?) people may not have seen it or remember it (current US president), but I no longer give likes unless it's a really really heartwarming touching video...otherwise it just material feeding the algorithm. Reality.

Dennis is in incredible shape for a 14-year-old dog! May he have many more years of his best life.

Mine was too (same age and high energy level) until the vet killed him with medication

I can't believe Dennis is 14. Time flies. This was and still is one of my favourite Dodo stories.

What a wonderful relationship.

I owned a boarding facility for 30 years and can tell you of all the breeds, pits form bonds with their person like no other.

Dennis hit the lottery when he got adopted! What an amazing life! Do they want to adopt a grandma? I'm so happy for them, they all seem like a wonderful family with loads of love.

Wow he looks halve that age! Thank you for being his human and taking him swimming!

There is no greater gift on earth than finding your doggie soul-mate.

Reminds me of my Rottweiler. He would go crazy when we were near the beach. Absolutely loved playing in the waves.

Theirs nothing more precious and rewarding than a pitties love and affection.

A match made in heaven of a true and loving friendship.

My Staffie is 13yrs and so similar to Dennis. Wonderful breed. So vocal but he rarely barks. Tells you what he wants. You know if it’s pets, treats, walkies or play. Enjoy every moment! It’s all dog lovers can do!

We lost a family pet yesterday. A 11yr old Boxer. Hallie was the sweetest girl. It's a tough thing to accept that time gets shorter, not longer. Go get'em, Dennis.

Drew is one special human, overcoming and managing serious diabetes on a Plant Based Diet, which for some will be a death sentence - Drew grabbed on to life and also gave life back to a dog who had no future. Now THAT is mutual rescue!!

I adopted my senior dog when he was 11 years old, he now is 15. He acts like a senior dog until I show him some baby carrots, or other treats, then it is full on puppy mode. I also have a 2 year old pup. My previous dog was 5 years old when he was rescued, he lived to almost 21 years old!

I love Dennis's kookaburra and rooster sounds! He still looks in superb health so I think you'll have him for a long while to come. Just remember that the best way to honour the love and joy that Dennis has given you is to adopt another rescue at some stage and give it just as wonderful a life as Dennis. ❤
