Steve and Sammy play and write together _extremely_ well. It would not be a bad thing if they hook up to do an album together. Seriously, that shit was lit AF!

Man...just love Sammy's playing! Honestly haven't been this excited about a guitarist since Randy Rhoads...something about his style and note choices that just ticks the boxes for me... Such a naturally gifted guitarist.You can tell if a player is extremely good if he doesn't look like struggling or fighting off the guitar....Very few people on earth can actually do that.

Steve is absolutely fantastic, an icon and a legend !

Great Video. I agree Steve seems like such a humble dude..I remember at that time. SS being the consummate modern rock guitar player who played for the song, had a great tasty blues based style with the some modern flash, and who was a departure from all the VH clones who we saw in the 80's.

Oh man, that jam they both came up with reminded me so much of "Bill & Ted's Incredible Journey" GOD Made Rock & Roll song! Pretty Cool!

This was really good. Not only is Steve is a great musician, but also a great speaker and seems like a good dude. Seems like he was willing to keep answering questions as long a people were asking.

This dude is my guitar hero. Everybody knows him from Billy Idol, but I first heard him on the Bozzio Levin Stevens albums that blew my mind when I was a teenager. His range, creativity, execution and sound are a continuous source of inspiration for me as a musician.

the tone of SS's guitar is butter... beautifullllllllllll, god loves it.

Steve Stevens is my favorite guitarist... I like his rhythm-playing... his Solo's, the different styles on playing music, the Godin's and of course the ray-gun Knaggs guitar. Thank you Steve for your inspiration.

Amazing guitar player...one of the most underrated guitar stars of all time. On top of that, he is a real gentleman, humble, and a great guy.

Love it! Sammy has so much charisma in such an understated way. Terrific player! Great seeing Steve and Sammy. Awesome tones!

Holy cow these guys can play so amazing. I'd love to develop 1/100th of their amazing guitar playing in my lifetime. Kudos to Pitbull for a great clinic. Now to practice more guitar and save up for a custom 7 string guitar.

Pelican Jay love the guitar ..... sadly, way out of my league price wise to UK with import taxes. I use a real ray gun live, and even had one put into a pedal which didn't quite work out...

@@vicesquadpunk I agree the guitar looks amazing but the ray gun seems a little difficult to engage the way Steven's was hunched over it. I was thinking like a trigger finger on the neck would be cool!

Rebel Yell tone is sick. I play that in my band. Im a little more notey kinda more punk with style of the parts but I love how hes laid back and smooth and add some subtle bends. It vibes…

I thought Steve's guitar was a schecter solo 6 at first kind of reminiscent of that style cool looking guitar. Really good playing from both guitarists.

This is old school improve at its finest.

Great video. So very cool to hear that Steve Stevens did some work with Tony Levin. What a collaboration that must have been.

I used my Friedman BE in the studio for the first time recently, and from using other amps with more gain, the BE sounds much better at lower gain settings but during play back, it sounds much heavier. Thick and clear.

Love this. Opening act and everything. Inspiration to go practice and they drive me nuts on wanting to get another Friedman amp.

This is incredibly inspiring. Never been moved as much as this the Steve and Sammy combo is killer!
