It’s ALL about THE FEEL. Most drummers can not play feel and are thus USELESS. Truth.

Love me some Russ, him and waddy should get along well because both always looked pissed off , man so many questions I’d love to asked him, I always wondered if a click existed back then because the music felt too good, also surprised he went to the ride during the chorus because I’m old now I’ve noticed a lot of studios guys would stay on the hats, now I’m babbling, nice video and thanks

Lyle Lovett's Large Band, with both Leland Sklar and Russ Kunkel, are simply as good as you can get. Great horns, awesome guitars, AMAZING vocals, and the best rhythm section going right now. No idea how Lyle keeps them coming back year after year ... although he has always had a reputation for putting together absolutely stunning musicians for his monster US tours. But his fans are blessed for it.

Someone gave my a copy of cassete tape of "Guitars That Rule the World". I couldn't believe what I heard as a intro song - Black Magic. Blown away! I couldn't figure what is this kind of guitar technique 'till later when I got VHS lessons of Reb's CUTTING LOOSE ... these crazy WRB and RBM Ibanezes... Such a uinique and tastefull guitarist!

Im not one to generally get into it with people but, I always have a hard time keeping my "keyboard" quiet whenever I happen to see the "Winger sucks" comments from people that like to throw that around because they're clueless and think it's cool. Everyone likes or dislikes whatever they like or dislike and if you don't like Winger's music that's fine but, Winger hardly sucks! They're all top teir musicians. Rod Morganstien is a 20+ year drum professor at Berklee and one of the finest drummers on the planet, Reb is a monster guitar player also a Berklee guy and session player also in Whitesnake, Kip Winger comes from classical roots is a great vocalist bass player and song writer I always forget the other guitarist name but he's actually awesome too. Like em or not Winger hardly sucks! This was great to see Reb is always great 👍
