When I was a little kid (30 years ago) my mom found a dog that had been tied up and dumped in the garbage outside of her work. When she pulled the dog out she thought it was already dead but at least deserved a nice burial. Then he wagged his tail. We named him Bones because he was a bag of bones. He was some sort of shepherd mix, and turned into a wonderful dog who died of old age, surrounded by love.

I'll go a step further, any person who has the moral system that allows them to treat an animal this way is the same person who will abuse women and children. Since they do not value life, they should get a death sentence or life with no parole I have adopted 2 rescues and one was so severely abused it took a long time for her to trust a human again Everytime I would see her shiver in fear with absolute terror in her eyes, expecting a beating, well, let's just say it is a good thing I have no way of knowing who her original owner was

I don’t understand why people can be so cruel, especially to something so helpless. What a beautiful ending to a terrible story. Brought me to tears seeing her tied to that tree, then I felt the anger. Thank you for saving her.

In my experience it’s never the big tattooed guys/girls you ever have to worry about , it’s never the boxer , MMA , athletic built people you should feel intimidated around , in 99% of cases they have no desire to harm anyone , they’re just people who happen to be bigger stronger faster then the rest of us.

R H.M were tattoos intimidating 50 years ago ? My 89 year old neighbour died on New Year’s Eve 2008 had two sleeves. They probably weren’t called sleeves then but his arms were covered. He got most of them during WW2 as a soldier then throughout his life. Not intimidating at all just really intelligent and interesting. Told me if anyone ever threatened him he’d just shoot them. Good for him. I wish I had his bravery.

I think dogs genuinely judge people on an individual basis. Sure in extreme cases dogs might fear someone who reminds them of their former abuser, like dogs who are afraid of men or women because of past abuse. But in my experience they do judge people as individuals instead of one monolithic entity. We could learn a lot from dogs if we just judged everyone on a person by person basis I’d say.

That dog was never broken, she is mentally fit and never gave up. I've taken in broken dogs and they cannot ever be fully repaired. Though, they can still live happy and healthy lives :)

Even Pitbulls that kills small animals are not "bad"; they just have a strong prey drive, like they were bred to have. Most of em are good with people. That's a fact. But the problem is that any dog--any dog CAN bite, but a 12 pound poodle is a lot safer around your kid than a 90 pound pit due to bite force. This does NOT make a pit "bad"; just dangerous for that reason. I'll say this, it is not THEIR fault, they are the result of selective breeding, the big bully type breed to the largest terrier they could find. If you think I just "knocked" them, you are wrong. I did not knock them, just talking about the pros/cons of any breed.

@@jimquantic Different breeds have different temperaments and levels of aggression in general. Like, a border collie, no matter what that kind of dog went through, it would likely never bite anybody... a pit bull would be much quicker to become aggressive... in general. You can't even train a border collie to be a police dog despite how smart and agile they are, it will break their spirits. They are very gentle and loving dogs that hate violence.

I will never understand why people GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to abuse and neglect animals. I'm sure it took more effort to drive to an abandoned area and chain a dog then to just drop her off at a shelter. I am so glad that she was found and has an amazing life !!

I just watched the video again 💝🐾💝. It's really amazing how this beautiful girl changed. Thank you for saving and giving her a wonderful life 🐾💜🐾💜🐾 She reminds me on our sweet boy Marley a beautiful and very gentle Border Collie Mix... He was found at a dumpster in Greece in a bad condition... The workers there threw rocks and fireworks at the dog and cats and try to harm them every day 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. He was very shy and anxious in the beginning and he was totally afraid of men... With tons of love, care, trust and patience he is a very happy boy now. He loves life and humans and he isn't shy anymore and he loves men too. Only fireworks make him afraid but that is normal in his case... He has three burning marks on his back from the fireworks throwing on him... His unconditional love is so touching and to see this special sweet and beautiful love bug having fun every day and all that belly rubs, multiple cuddling sessions and of course food transformed him into a sweet sweet gentle, kind, smart, handsome, wonderful and beautiful soul and I can't imagine a life without him 💝🐾❣️

How could anyone treat such a beautiful creature like that ??. Says it all about her wonderful nature that, despite the way she was treated she stil wagged her tail furiously !

Most important is, she's happy and found furrever home! Bless to rescuers, volunteers, and her new family, Amen!

Absolutely, that is the best 'revenge' you can get. The fact that she is now healthy, happy, safe, and doesn't ever have to worry about being hurt ever again and does not give 1 once of thought to the people that did that to her. That is true power, that is what we can learn from Dogs!!!

@@benjaminduncan4286 mate a pet is something you own. You even get a certificate to say you own one. I don't see any reason to own a dog. Dogs are only useful in the hands of the police / Investigators. Do people buy dogs because they want to feel loved? They're lonely? Kind of a sad.

Thank God. Some people are angels on Earth. People who rescue animals are. Like children they are totally innocent. Thank goodness she has a forever home.

I can't believe how short her chain was. Glad to she was rescued and in a very loving home.

reminds me of that one comic where you have this big biker dude show up at a shelter, the lady behind the desk looks almost terrified, then it cuts to the dudes home where the carrier is open and the dude's holding a toy for a tiny kitten to come out... final panel is of this guy, his boots kicked off, laying in a recliner, kitty happily snoozing on his lap. Fun fact. My step-dad is the type of person who you'd assume be all for big mean dogs.... but for well over a decade the love of his life was a papillon. A dog that could fit in his cargo pocket, and this man spoiled that dog rotten.

I've lost faith in humanity for chaining the poor dog and abandoning her. People are so cruel. But thank you for saving the dog. ❤️

A lot of dogs (especially pits) have a 6th sense for bad people. The bad people realize this early on in their lives, and that's where the "I don't like dogs" comes from. They are often the covert type bad people who put up a front, and don't like being outed by anyone or anything.

I cried not only for the dog but also at the thought that there are people out there who could do this to an animal.

Whats your definition of abandonment. I was required to find my pup a new home due to housing regulations where i lived. Had no choice. Either i would be homeless or find my dog a new home so i could live in my dwelling. Be very careful what you say. You never know someones life circumstances. This video is abuse yes. But your choice of words need to be evaluated and corrected. I hope one day you never have to give up your pet on account of unforseen circumstances.

Even if she wasn't a wonderful dog, no dog deserves this.

To hear that Dog scream absolutely makes me cry. I am so happy that this Dog lives a better than ever and I Love that Dog Forever for eternity to eternally.

Hay people ! Your comments are as important as all the people involved in the rescues. They give a awareness to what's epidemic. And that people do care.

When she started crying in the beginning, my heart broke. That poor baby!
