Smoked Pork Chops on the brand new Pit Boss Pro Series 1600 Elite.
Used Avocado Oil Spray for the binder, and rubbed the pork chops down with Killer Hogs The AP Rub & The BBQ Rub.
Fired up the Pit Boss 1600 to 250 Degrees. Once the grill temperature reached 250 degrees put on the pork chops and turned on Smoke Mode and let them smoke for 30 minutes.
Flipped over the pork chops and checked the internal temperature and they had already reach 150+ internal temperature. Pulled them off and let the rest for 10 minutes and the had some great tasting pork chops for dinner.

    Should make a video with smoke mode on and with smoke mode off and see how much a different. Does the smoke mode do the temperature swings?

    Haven't really noticed much temp swings so far either way.....doing some chicken today with smoke mode off....it does hold really stead with about 2-4 degrees temp swings but most of the time tot holds right at temp....thinking it could be that this one is 2 walled and insulted.
