Hi everyone! I’m here with a new Fishy Friday. So glad you’re watching. Today I'm making a lovely french onion tart with anchovies, called Pissaladière. Crunchy puffed pastry, topped with caramelized onions, anchovies, black olives and some thyme. Its’ a real treat, and so easy to make!

Nice alternative to pizza, always learning something new from your recipes, rinse the anchovies and gruyere cheese, usually cheddar and parmigiano for us.

This is a Demo on How to f-up a simple Pissaladiere. Pissaladiere: Make your own Pate feuilletee, rinse salted anchovies. Fry onion, pit good black olives, make with heat. All other is unnecessary and affectation. Ask a French- person. I love onion tarts. And tarts.
