This is a quick unboxing & first impressions video of the Pioneer DJM-V10 mixer. This mixer is a unique device with lots going on... Not sure if I actually want to review this or not since I mainly focus on Hip-Hop and multi-genre style of play... Let me know in the comments if you would like to see that.

Great review as always. This is more of a production/live mixing board. I use the Xone96 for performing with synths and drum machines, but DJ with an S9.
I remember Pioneer DJM-1000 six channel mixer. First gent 6 channel mixer. It had sends for effects. Also had three band EQ for the master. Like very similar. DJM-V10 it's a good update.

I had one. Very beautiful and the build quality was of the highest quality with its resistance faders, black metallic paint, and metal construction. Traded it in for the V10. My only gripe is the DJM-1000 faders were better in execution.
The hip hop oriented review for the V10 would be cool.

Agreed. You could throw in an MPC and make some beats over a few loops in serato.

DJBooth Pro Audio more for sampling with cool effects and a few hip hop beats switch up every 16-32 bars. Maybe a drum machine. U have a lot channels lol U be the one lol
IMHO is a mixer to keep at home to use pluggin in 2 turntables, 2 cdjs and 2 free channels to use for send fxs..I've seen many reviews and is a monster, bot not suited for quick gigs, turntablist or whatever at all.. buying this mixer is as you want keep quiet in your basement and 'explore'...

The v10 is a hybrid 900 NXS2 and DJM-1000.
Do the hip hop review, cause I feel the same. The v10 is just not necessary for my tunes..

It's more for permanent installation rather than moving around, so that's why its so big. Most people using this will have a display on the computer so they probably didn't add one on the mixer itself...

Dumbess mixer I've seen. I see "discontinued" coming very soon. I'm a Pioneer fanboy, but this is a waste. Prove me wrong!
