Nice review. Got a pair a couple of weeks ago, replacing my Denons, and the only regret I have is not getting the Pioneers sooner. Absolutely love them! One small feature which nobody seems to mention, but which is really nice is that you can opt to place the needle on the wave form all the way to the left, so you can see much more of what’s coming.

I'm really struggling with what to choose its frustrating! I'm a huge pioneer fanboy but from what I've seen is denon are offering alot more features for less money.

noob: my question is: if they updated the players, why didn’t they update the mixer too? isn’t djm 900 nxs 2 kinda old?

Ikea! Its one of those build-a-desk pieces where you pick your own legs and top. My other table is from there as well and looks very similar but is 100% real wood for my turntables and mixer setup...

I used them for my gig and I was blown away. They are Super Loud but they cost like $800 each I think... DAS Audio are excellent.
Considering the NX(Nexus) designation has been removed, the eventual upgrade to the 9 hun is on the horizon. What's your projection; announced/released just before Black Friday or at "virtual" NAMM, or shortly thereafter? Or will they let a little time go by til after the hype on the (newly leaked) DJM-S9 replacement dies down?
Just got the CDJ 3000s. In controller mode I don’t have 2nd deck stacked waveform. Do you know how to turn them on? Also, I can’t pinpoint the cue to where I want it. Everytime I try to set a cue it defaults it to the nearest point. Please help. Thanks.

Why they don't want to give you opportunity to change the hot cue - to pad fx / slicer / samples & more with touch
Sorry but the denon sc6000 kills this. Pitch fader is way better on the denon too. The denon pitch feels like a technics pitch fader where the pioneer feels far too loose and cheap in comparison. Denon easily wins this round.

Not really... It depends on what makes this more of a win for you. If you want the latest and greatest in technology, then the SC6000 is it. If you want the best that is used around the globe in venues, then it is this...

I replaced my Denon setup (x1800/sc5000) with these 3k’s and a V10. Couldn’t be more happier with this decision. Feels like upgrading from a Golf GTI to a Porsche 911 (also price wise, but the Pioneer stuff is absolutely worth every penny).

@@MrDragonUTube You can go to Serato DJ website and see compatible hardware, but the XDJ-1000 and the CDJ-2000 i believe work with Serato DJ.
Very Nice review, how do you speak like that without stuttering or losing your thoughts? See how I didn't say anything about the CDj? Because there's barely anything new about it. 😂 it's what it is. Anyways my initial question was sincere. I need to work on my speech! Lol

LOL, just lots of practice... I think I'm over 900 videos now which is crazy to even think of. Never thought I'd do it for this long. I am also good at presenting on the fly from my college days and now at my real engineering career...
