I just heard about Barre3 last year, was happy to get this video suggested in my feed so I could try out a class! You're a wonderful instructor. Question from one barre instructor to another...is the "horse pose" a name Barre3 made up? In my barre training we called it 2nd position (from ballet of course), and in yoga I've heard it called Goddess pose...but never heard horse pose! Just curious :)

This is a classic Barre3 class which is different than Barre despite the name similarity.
