This was both, awesome and hilarious lol. Listening to you talk crap to yourself had me chuckling and happy that I'm not the only one lol. One of the best tips someone gave me that really helped with my nerves when flying an expensive aircraft was to understand that it was money already spent and not money I might lose. The only way to shake the nerves is to stop seeing money fly around in the sky and enjoy what you have earned and accomplished. Except the fact that the money is already gone. Get your mind around that, and you will have that hot rod 12" off the ground in a knife edge, wide open with smoke on. Keep being you bro, happy flying!

Good job. Yeah. Most few first flights on these real expensive planes are nerve racking. Flying is the easy part, but u made a couple of good landings which is the critical part of flying. U can be a great flier, but one bad landing/crash and game over.

A Pitts is like any taildragger...it stops flying when it's parked in the hangar, just like a Cub and many others. I would burn a full tank just on taxiing only. THEN fly the plane. You will feel much more comfortable. No more "chakrs" ;-) Nice plane btw. I love the Pitts. Practice, practice, practice... Greetings from 🇧🇪.

I replaced the stock ones with 1/16" braded cables and crimps ( got from amazon ) so no they do not come loose. (Now)

Great couple of videos on your build and first flights. I see you left the wheel shrouds off, were you having issues with them?

I do believe I said it before it happened. This was my 2nd flight and largest plane I've flown. I've since gotten used to its takeoff tendencies and more comfortable. Thanks for you responce though.
