Cavity wall is a good idea..... idi outer weather conditions ni absorb cheskokunda manaki moderated weather atmosphere create chesthundhi mana rooms lo. Nothindia lo ekkuvga use chestharu endhukante akkada out sude weather conditions lo graff ekkuvga untadi.

These Cavity walls are absolutely fine…. It is advisable to use some insulation materials in cavities and tie beams at every 3/4m height.. The good idea is placing of bricks in such way that the wall tie is not required

It depends on soil strength. Max 2 3 floors you can construct. There will be cracks definitely.

అన్నీ...బానే చూసుకున్నారు గానీ..pillar లేకుండా కట్టడం అంత correct కాదు అని నా feeling. మాదీ అలాగే....ఎక్కువ floors కట్టాలెం పైగా అంతా super strong ఉండదు. Resale ఉండదు...సరే Just in case అని. రామ్ రామ్. If ఒక్క floor వరకే అలాగే ఉంచుతాం అంతే...ఒక ఏ issues లేకుండా 24-25 years వరకూ happy గా ఉండొచ్చు, తర్వాత చిన్న repairs చేస్కోవాలి..
