I didn't expect this kind of information from Kamal bro...! Again, another valuable interview from Anjali 💯
I was feeling so good after watching this interview. I am a civil engineer who works for buildings, and also I like draw. It hit me hard when Kamal garu said about how people think about building homes. Meaning less architecture. Nakunna professional distress in working on buildings, ayana nunchi vintunete, it really hit me hard and also felt happy that I am not thinking wrong about useless elevations and architeture and also vasthu stupidity. Vasthu is all about light and air flow. Adhi evaru ardham chesukoru. And always pity for my clients who waste so much money and lifetime loans for meaningless homes. Naku vunna experience lo clients vasthu Ani cheppi chala stupidity ga alochistharu, nobody ever listens properly. All they see is expensive material which they are used. I like the thought process of kamal garu integrating art to living.

Bro wooden are good. Wood is bad conductor of heat so it behaves best with heat and cold. Where as aluminum is good conductor of heat and behaves worst with both heat and cold. Glass and aluminium combo works only with ac and not the natural way
Vaastu is also a science but we lost the meaning if it, effects based on the material used. 1000’s years ago urke ne Vaastu raaledu. In Kerala the kitchen is located in NE not South East, and in the North the kitchen is located in NW, so we cannot say ‘Mooda namakam’ our culture was evolved around science which they wrote in that period. Everything evolve over a period of time, the tilt of the earth would have been different back then, the climatic conditions were totally different, we used to have a lot of greenery. The reason Water in north east is that the walking distance between the water location and the kitchen is near as both are located in east side of the house. Today we have bathrooms in the house, back then they were detached and outside of the house.
