Besides the fact that you are an amazing teacher, I appreciate that there is no music. Some workout videos have the worst music! I also love your dogs and the view. My only suggestion is to slow it down a but maybe on the beginner exercises. I always feel like it takes more time in the beginning to feel where your body is supposed to be. Thank you!

Hi John, I just found your workouts, I’m really enjoying these thank you, I especially like them as you use minimal props and focus on the moves. I can adapt these moves with heavier if light springs depending on my needs. I also have a merrithew Jumpboard do you have any 50/60 min workouts with lots of high energy cardio jumping? Before I purchased my own reformer we used to do these at the studio but I cannot seem to find any online workouts this energetic. Any advice?

Hi Todd. I like the extra range of motion it provides. It will also add a slightly different line of pull, from using the front strap, which changes the muscle fibers targeted. Always good to mix it up. Thanks for the question.
