John, your body is unbelievable! Anyway, need your help. I had a stroke 2 yrs ago and bought myself a recumbent/upright bike AND recently a Pilates Power Gym as I don't have the room for a Cadillac or Aeropilates. My abs are weak, back is too, got a shoulder injury quite awhile ago where I can only sleep on my left side and have limited motion still. Working on my balance as well. Question is: how do I get back up when laying down doing some of the exercises? I am trying to lay on my left side but even that is an issue. Yes, overweight but not overly. Have you ever tried the PPG by chance? I have the Pro version.
