Pilates Pro Chair Workout
In this workout I am using the Malibu Pilates Pro Chair, but the same exercises can be done on any Pilates chair. If you have a chair with different springs, reach out to me and I will help you with the correct settings.

Hi, Thank you for this wonderful video, just a quick question Can this help with post csection pregnancy loose abdominal muscles also I have knee ache, can you show a variation that doesn't impact knee's.

Christin, so helpful overall, but please clarify each time you change the setting of the springs during the course of the video.
Consider using paint can opener to help you with the springs.

Which chair is more easier for beginners is it the one with handles or not with handles ?

It's good to have the handles when you're first starting out because they help with balance and stability.
