All these comments about Piers not letting him speak more. I believe Piers was purposeful in his interview approach. He knows this guy is rehearsed already, especially after almost 30 years in prison. I believe Pier's quick retorts interview style was trying to catch the guy off guard to get an unrehearsed quick response. Sometimes truth can be unveiled in that approach, as it catches the interviewee off-kilter. Just my assessment.

Cops DO get it wrong. Juries DO get it wrong. Eye witness testimonies have sometimes ended up totally OFF. 90% I think this guy did it but this interview was a sham and not at all fair. If Piers is gonna use body language as a reason to decide someone's guilt or innocence he better realize that MANY people including innocent people would hold their arms like that in a defensive or self protective manner when being questioned like this.

I only had one vehicle which means people can invent things in their minds they believe to be real but are nothing more than fantasies. You can't believe what people say in these crimes because people can think they saw things they never really saw. You have to have evidence.

I want to know how he incriminated himself by mentioning the victim's floral underwear, before the detectives knew about it??? If he's so innocent, how did the conversation get to him talking about the girl's under garment in the first place? He says pictures were shown to him, but they say he mentioned it beforehand. WHY??? I feel Piers should've delved much deeper into that. Such crucial information...

This guy needs to be interviewed by Jordan Peterson. Piers Morgan always clings to debates to get that next win. The best tool to catch a criminal is to let them speak at length, but Piers always fails at that, even on his show. Piers enters many dialogues with bias, which is quite unprofessional. There is a possibility for any direction in this guy's case. Check out the "Raphael Rowe" case, for which he was convicted for over a decade. Witnesses existed; yes, as a young man in the UK, he was at some point engaged in gangs, but at the time when the crime was committed, he was at home with his girlfriend. However, the police were so determined to make him guilty, which led to a wrongful conviction of 10 years.

It's not a lie detector. It's measuring sweat, heart rate and breathing variations which will show when the person is stressed. They use another type of test for male predators that involves a device placed around the males p€n1s and detects movements when the predator is shown images at random and then a random child is shown and if the pred is attracted to her/him then his member will move. The better test is a voice stress analysis.

After watching these videos for the first time, I can't help but feel that this man was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. It's evident that he's intelligent and smart. leaving evidence like his wife's sweat on a victim he allegedly killed seems too careless for someone of his caliber, which is one way to look at that whole thing. Additionally, it's unlikely that a woman in her twenties would disclose everything to her parents, suggesting a potential relationship between her and the accused, who had actually maintained a fairly good appearance and a personality at that time. This case warrants a thorough reanalysis to uncover concrete evidence of his guilt. Imprisoning him solely on the basis of being a womanizer would be a miscarriage of justice if he's not the actual perpetrator.

It is also about control. Henriquez is trying to control the situation with protestations of innocence, corruption, everybody else is lying etc, classic control technique of narcissists/ sociopaths. Piers is trying to take control from him by shutting him down. It doesn't make for the best tv, but all the arguments & evidence of a 6 week trial won't fit into a 50 minute show that includes discussions with other people.
