He should never be released.
Everyone has the capability of having psychopathy. The reason children under 18 are not officially diagnosed is because they often show psychopathic traits naturally and it can be hard to distinguish. Its quite interesting given the right environment and factors what can happen to the mind. I think Piers did a fantastic job in this interview.
