Hi from Canada...I’m 75 & worked in a local bookstore for many years,until I retired about 8 years ago....I remember back about 15 years when Dame Joan came into the shop & asked me for my assistance...She was a really nice woman & very polite....( I’ve looked after some real prima donna “Do you know who I am ?” types in my time...From my experience neither Joan Collins nor her husband who was with her , fit into that category...IMO🇨🇦🇬🇧

Its very interesting watching these videos, watching who's supporting who and the stuff that comes out of their mouths . Very interesting.

I just knew she was going to choose Paul Newman to be on the desert island with. But why was William Shatner missing from that list, Joan and Bill starred in one of the most emotional poignant episodes of Star Trek and had a great chemistry on and off the screen. She hasn’t. She has incredibly good bone structure, the best ever, and pulls her face up under her wig, she wears tons and tons of make up, you’re really only seeing make up, and knows about lighting and because of her dark looks photographs wonderfully well under really bright lights. I was with her recently and I know she has never had a face lift. The key to understanding her youthfulness is to listen to her voice, it is not the voice of an old lady. Look at her figure and posture, they are not those of an old lady either, though they are obviously not as good as a few years ago. She has always looked exceptional in every decade of her life and that has not been because of surgery. If you have that much surgery you look like Joan Rivers or Sharon Osbourne. Joan looks like Joan.

So nice to watch a mostly lighthearted clip like this with everything that's going on in the world. Joan is a remarkable woman. Something that impresses me besides her looks and character is her voice. So often these days I see someone who looks great for their age and then they speak and it's quite shocking to hear an 'old' voice emanating from a much younger looking person!
