Thank you for the video. The one with a lower compression ratio is cylinder 2? How to easily check whether the problem is washing out by the injector?

You could use a pulse sensor in the dipstick tube and check for crank case pressure. You could use a mechanical fuel guage and monitor leak down. If possible use a scan tool and monitor fuel pressure and watch for leak down. If possible pull the plug and look in the cylinder for fuel. So lots of ways depending on tooling and accessibility.
