Some people asked me about a recipe, well here it is! The recipe I used in the first video and now a new recipe, BBQ! I hope you enjoy and stay tuned for more pickling egg videos. For how long is good to eat

If your jars seal correctly, they are good for years. 2-3 years is the expected shelf life. They can probably go a little longer.

Thanks for the info I look forward to make you recipe I may use fully cooked hardboiled eggs from the store? Or has to be fresh boiled eggs

Either should be fine. I recommend fresh because hard-boiled eggs could potentially become rubbery if you water bath to seal the jar. If you use soft boiled eggs, they finish cooking during the water bath.
