I really like Smokey's way of presenting. I moved from a motolug trailer to a Debon C500 horsebox as my motorcycle hauler. It's descret you can hide 2 precious bikes inside with a lot of tyres and toys inside:)))))))

Beautiful machine. I'd never be able to own something so precious because I'd be afraid to scratch it. Talk about constant anxiety. I like my old beater bikes that I don't have to be so careful with lol

@@LifeofSmokey I imagine it being not as good off road as a GS or 1290. But on the street or dirt roads, oh boy! That thing would probably give 1000cc superbikes a run for their money.

That trailer is sweet! So much easier than loading my Super Adventure in back of my truck.

Haha thanks bud! Not planning on showing him to much but he wanted to hear me speak English and see what I was doing 😁. He is becoming pretty good in speaking English himself for a 5 year old so maybe we will be making vids together in the future 😌.

A few days ago I also received my Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally (red). Looks beautiful and attractive. Yes, it's powerful and drives well, but it's emotionless for me. I have driven 700 km of highways. I keep my Harley Davidson Ultra 115 Anniversary (2018) and ride it. At least it's more fun and the sounds are 10x more fun than spaghetti. As I heard in the video, not even Akrapovich saved the day. But my Multistrada is now for sale.

Haha fully understand , that's why I'm keeping my KTM , little spoiler for the Review Ride Video coming up , but the KTM is just a nutty canon and gives crazy thrills when riding it. The Multistrada is perfectly smooth , fast and really comfortable but for some people it indeed does not give you that "raw" riding feeling some people want. When travelling very long and far I am taking the Multistrada Rally for sure.

It's my first time watching your video, I really love it! Ride safe.

Beautiful showroom indeed, just like your work 👍 I was a big fan of the GS in Tenerife as you saw in my amateur video 😁, but it really has a very heavy weight, no problem driving, but when stationary, oelala. I'm going to bingewatch now until the Desert X I think 😄

Got a 1290S but really am looking forward in seeing the Ducati's performance and point of views 👌🏻🇮🇹

A someone who just switched from the Pikes Peak to the Rally, the added support for back cylinder shut off at cruise and the additional 8 liters in the tank make this a very different bike. I am over 500 miles into the break in and am seeing well over 300 miles per tank. It's a good 35% more distance and not just from the larger tank. Well done Ducati.

I also don't want to be a rich person but I'd like to have your job (whatever it is) 😂

Went and looked at this bike today, along with the pikes peak. I’m not super off roading but still want the option to. I’m interested to know your opinion on this vs the ktm

I traded in my 2022 Pikes Peak for a 2023 Rally last Saturday and have over 500 miles on it already. They are mostly the same bike. Notable differences as you ride are the larger wind screen. The added off road mode made more sense to me for occasional BDR trips than a track mode of the Pikes Peak. Don't get me wrong, the Pikes Peak is amazing. I only traded as I will never use the track mode and I want the option to go off road. I also appreciate the heated grips/seat, the center stand, engine guard, and side bags as default in the US. It's a fantastic bike in either trim!

My KTM 1290 SAR is just a mad bull you can throw around , drop it on the ground and don't care about it. I would feel really bad if I would drop the Ducati because it's such a good looking and expensive motorcycle. For off-roading it's a bit more heavy as the KTM but on the road the Ducati will give you more comfort with it's skyhook suspension. I should compare it with the Super Adventure S and not the R as that is the comfy one , but then again not made for off-road. The KTM 1290 SAR is a big off-road monster , the Ducati is a big monster also with off-road capabilities but everything is smoother and more comfortable. I do love my 1290 LC8 KTM engine more as the V4 Gran Turismo for wild rides as it is way more aggressive and has that nutty crazy feeling to it that feels like it wants to throw you off 😁.

Ground clearance and suspension travel is gone case. So KTM 1290 Adventure R is the best choice. Not this one. Crazily expansive on top of that.

It's 200mm vs 220mm so not that much. But I have to say if you flatten that out on these big bikes you are doing some crazy riding 😅.

Being rich in my opinion has nothing to do with how much money you have , but how happy you are with the life you are living. I know very wealthy people who are depressed all the time and have no idea what to do with all their money. I buy to many toys to become financially wealthy anyway , couldn't care less also. Daily driving my Suzuki Jimny 😁

I second that with some harder off road testing that you see on you tube. I own a 2020 GT and out of the many bikes I’ve owned over the years, it’s the best all around bike Ive had. Feels like a naked sport bike on the street and with proper tires (Mitas E-07) very capable off-road.

@@GhettoSuguru I would say the most useful thing (for me) the GT Pro has over the GT is the Custom Rider mode in the TFT. The Pro comes with a quick shifter, electronic rear suspension , smartphone Integration, center stand. If none of that is important to you your not missing out as the rest of the bike is identical.
