I'm actually tearing up rn ngl, I never really did a youtube reading before and didn't expect anything but Christ this is so accurate, I picked nr5 obstacles, and I have been in my head for a while now, feeling extremely negative and paranoid because of other people gossiping about me making me out to be crazy. I have just realized that I built my coping mechanisms and walls so high that they literally protect my inner child even from myself...I mean, i can't even cry when I feel like crying...tears aren't falling down because somewhere along the line I had convinced myself that that's weak and not the way forward. However, i know that that's wrong and I pray to God that I have the strengths to really undo what I have absorbed and patterns I accepted as coping mechanisms all my life, I could really use some love now.
