i’m going to be completely honest, i was crying my eyes out in bed because of a betrayal, trauma and my uncertainty with a person and the relationship we have. i feel so deceived, worthless and heartbroken. however, i acted on my intuition and asked the person a question i have been meaning to. i felt in my soul that he wasn’t being honest. he wasn’t.. and he told me the truth. of course it hurt and it has been hurting. this video was and is confirmation for the steps i need to take moving forward. sending so much love. thank you. 💜

Group 3: I feel like doing everything I've always wanted to do all at once! These are my dreams and passions which I've always kept a secret because I felt like I'm not good enough to fit in the world where I imagine myself. I am studying marine engineering at college, while also starting to put myself out there by sharing some of my written works and modeling which I really enjoy. I also started taking care of my body and face. Just slowly changing all my bad habits and bad lifestyle. I've been sleeping, eating healthy foods, limiting caffeine and excess sugar. I wash my face day and night. Not wearing makeup for about a year. Also been doing stretching to reach my goal of growing taller because it's a requirement in my dream.

I was group 4, and it all makes perfect sense to me & my life right now. Let go of control, trust the Universe to guide you through your soul's path, and at the same time keep doing what needs to be done. It's not a time for just seeing where the river takes me, I still have to row the boat, steer clear of rocks... I have seen so may "let go" videos recently. For me it's about my job. Honestly, I have had to go through the full grieving process. I can feel I'm almost to acceptance and ready to let go. I watched all the piles out of laziness and there was something in all of them for me that I needed to hear. On a completely different note idk if you have been trying to but it looks like you have lost a bit of weight sence the last video I saw. At first I thought it was just you shirt doing all the right things. Then I started looking closer and I could see it in your face and arms too. So, good job.
