I am experiencing similar things to you. I had a hallmate and landlord that severely abused me for 8 months before the landlord illegally kicked me out. I rarely left my room or barely ate. I am feeling unwell and I was told by my doctor that I could have arthritis. The trauma left me ridden with anxiety, panic attack and the feeling of impending doom. And it’s so bad that I now get chest pain and headaches (which is new and surprising, because I’ve never been and sickly person nor either of the two symptoms above) because I stress and worry so much about our situationship. Group 1, I felt like I was being roasted 🥵The entire reading resonated STRONGLY with me.
