I couldn't decide between group 1 and group 2 but ultimately chose group 1. And I am so glad I did it was spot on for me. I quit my TOXIC NEGATIVE Nursing job today!! No backup plan, no notice, no nothing. Which is absolutely insane to me given I have been at that job for 9 years. The stress was literally killing me. I was sick all of 2023 and in October I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. My intuition told me to GET OUT NOW! So I did, I am looking forward to the future and for the first time in a very long time I feel relaxation, like I can finally breathe. Looking back, 2023 was a hard year for me and I went through a lot of loss and hardships that ultimately caused me to think poorly of myself. I broke it off with some cherished friends, started college and finished poorly, and just overall have been stressed and stretched thin. I was drawn to more than one pile, 1 & 3. Both were spot on and 3 had me in tears. January has definitely been a dark month for me with my mental health and dealing with a situation that is no longer serving me. It's been tough but my friends and therapist have literally been my backbone through this time and I'm so grateful for them. I'm starting to heal and see that light at the end of the tunnel.
