There isn't anything to healing the inner child simply because there is no damage. You can just miss out on something because your parents weren't able to do this for you for different reasons. You can re-parent yourself kind of by being mindful of the way you talk with yourself or by not stressing yourself. You can learn how to self-regulate your nervious system. "Working hard" has nothing to do with taking care of yourself. Take care has something to do with being present, to chill, to reflect on your patterns, checking how you eat and what you consume on a daily basis.

I watched this at the end of the month. My birthday was July 8th, and I turned 27. I really am miserable at my job and have been fence-sitting leaving this summer instead of the end of the year. I have been there for two years and it's taken a negative toll on my mental health, physical health, and self esteem. I made the decision to quit a few days ago! Right after that, they put me on probation (and I was completely calm because it felt like the universe pushing me out of there). A few months prior, I asked for ADHD accommodations, and they essentially began to micromanage and paper trail me. Those were the "eyes" on me this month. I also saw more people than I have in a long time! I went on a work vacation from the 1st-10th! I almost never take off and it gave me a lot of clarity. I started working on projects that I've been thinking about for months. I had a birthday party with some of my closest friends last week. , when I tell you I chose group 2, not only am I a Leo 8/7. I've always been told that I am a kind persob, I'm always helping someone, I show up for people even when no one shows up for me and I don't expect anything from it. It's like you have an issue with deciding yourself what you want. You find all that out through any pick a card reading. Beside are all those readings not about you. They have no particular target. The reader doesn't know anything about you personally and isn't interested in you either. So, why do you follow someone's reading which is created for their own sake? She creates all that for getting validation from the watcher and can grow her channel. You don't gain anything from either her reading nor anything from her. It's one-sided.
