Idk if this rings true for you, but I felt called to say that people with significant trauma often have a sense of foreshortened future. We often have trouble seeing that vision of what the future looks like. I personally can only really envision a year in advance before it feels foggy. I have a hard time envisioning myself 5 or 10 yrs ahead. Feeling like life will be cut short or you’ll never reach those significant milestones is very common in people with ptsd/cptsd. Wishing everyone here peace and knowing that we deserve good things and we will get to have those experiences! ❤

CRAZY timing. For the past year I've been feeling so lost career wise and since I'm turning 24 soon, I've been stressing and over thinking options.
