I like to think that “piccolo” in like the cell arc atleast is a single body carrying individual traits of nail, og piccolo, and kami, i don’t think each of them get a turn or control overall

When I first saw Kami in this anime. I trust thought that he is really Piccolo's Master.

For the record, this is the Kai version for the Buu Saga (which basically uses late Z movies/Super music). This is not Falconer’s or any of the other musician’s music from 90’s to 2000’s.

kami is gone for good his body is. but his mind is still inside piccolo however he is not alone in there nail is also there

He and Kami were one originally so he earned that one. Piccolo trains all his life he just doesn't have the plot armor Saiyans have so mostly he achieved his power through hard effort. His fusion with Nail was the only power up he had without effort.

I felt like that too but I'm rewatching Z rn. Piccolo only rendered useless in the buu saga. And now after SuperHero, I believe writers are gonna restore his clutchness
