how to cook the perfect picanha on the kamado joe! Here I go step by step on how to cook Picanha to a perfect medium rare, using the Rotisserie / Joetisserie for the Kamado Joe Big Joe.
Picanha can be a tricky cut to cook correctly, but when done correctly is one of the best steaks you will eat. Using the Meater wireless thermometer and Joetisserie, cooking Picanha becomes nearly effortless. Watch what I do and you'll be able to repeat the same steps for consistent, delicious Picanha steak!

    If you are going to have people talking off camera, make sure they can be heard. The sound is not good. Stopped watching after about 2 minutes...
