It's like crying. It's sad but then you feel much better.

My life changed a lot since this song came out. Then it changed a lot again and I am now where I started, older.
So let's say nothing some more Because this is something more than me And I got what I need But sleeping When I should've been alive It still gives me sand But clouds my eyes I thought about the rust The quote on the ledge about living on "That great conciousness of life" Oh, what we frame and hang to get by Whatever keeps your heart light Whatever keeps you is all right by me But maybe I don't want to talk about How this life layed me down Or how I saw the change because I didn't see you everyday Unspoken looks and what the leaving took A lack of noise isn't a lack of life And that's the way I think it's always been Because, "I say it all, when I say nothing at all" So let's say nothing some more And let the words burn their way across the floor Because if these walls could talk I still couldn't get over a God damned soul And I can't hold smoke So let's say nothing some more Because the sand stays with me Because the sand keeps you

Thank you Lucas. Very much.
the ending gives me chills, every fuking time. Thank you for making something so beautiful, which, in its sadness, magnifies how precious some things were to ever even happen.
This album got me through college, feeling like I had no one or anything but music, as I sit graduated now the nostalgia is so real, every time I hear a song from this album It hits me right in the heart. Sad, nostalgic and real!

5th term of my BS in computer science. I have no idea what I'm doing but I'm doing it and every time I read your comment I get so happy to realize I'm not alone. Can't imagine where you're at now since this comment was 5 years ago but cheers man
Whatever keeps your heart light Whatever keeps you is all right by me❤️
This is my go to song when I'm feeling really upset. Always calms me down.
My favorite song on one of my favorite records of the year. They closed with this the other night at the New York show. "April" was amazing. See these guys soon if you can.

I saw them last night. they were very good.
This is such a great change for them. To be honest I like this much better then their older stuff. Certain bands can drop their screaming and become even more amazing, then there is others that suck at it. Pianos are certainly amazing at everything.
Favorite song on the record
whenever I am depressed, I will come back to this song.
love his vocals
Can believe it's been almost 5 years since ive heard this song.
I love this song so much that I play it about 4 times a day lol. The line "Because if these walls could talk" hits me hard. Best song from Pianos 🤍

When i hear kyle screaming part in every song. I can feel the pain...really bad
You know it's a beautiful song when the 7 minutes is over and you're wishing it was longer.

Yes! There's there's merit in every song on the album, but Say Nothing especially stands out because of the idea it conveys for me... "a lack of noise isn't a lack of life" is what really stands out for me, not vocally, but it's a thought I constantly have...

This is also my favorite track, mainly because this is where Kyle puts the most strain on his vocals which is reminiscent of their older material. The only contender for best track on the album for me is "April".
This song spoke to me in a very dark part of life. I hear them speaking on the frequency of my god. It doesn’t have to be shitty again. I’m just grateful today.

Praise God stranger. The end of this song could be put on a loop for anyone drifting away...
I always told her - "If something brothers you, please just tell me right away, we'll figure it out". She said nothing. Nothing at all. That's how it ended. I couldn't fix anything.

Why did I just find out about this album?
oh what we frame and hang to get by
I'm grateful for the new music but nothing touches this
❤️
Full endorsement best album since 2007 and all between. Nothing resonated with me since aside from this and prior associations. Maybe I'm getting old. Maybe music just sucks. I think it's a bit of both. If i never find anything new this and the prior history of music is enough. Thanks for that. Much love and be well friends. #Chiclets
