    Here's a tip for our Chinese friends, if you don't want to be on camera during a livestream in a public location, DON'T walk up to said camera and start making a fuss. Move to a more private location away from there. Do NOT expect citizens of a free country to bow down to your commands. The entitlement of some people never ceases to amaze me.

    They were there first before the man came to play the piano. I think both party didn't deal with the case very well, the young men should walk away when they found they were in the video and the talked to the piano man behind the scenes and kindly ask him to blur their faces when his video came out. But when the piano men talking about communist, and said they stop him playing in the public, which are both discriminational and fault, then he lost legitimate argument.

    as i wrote in another comment, the Chinese guy was a total disgrace, no debate about that, but morons exist everywhere lol we have tons in the so called west. Now, after seen the video some times specially the fist third part I get the feeling Brendan new very well new where they were from and what he was doing from the very start, and thanks to their reaction he got exactly what he was looking for and more for his video.     Yes.... unfortunately he is not in a public space. That station is privately owned by HS1 Ltd. Under UK Law he needs the owners permission to put images of people online. Brendan just broke the law. The film group had gone to get permission to film and were holding the papers in their hands to prove it. The fact that "shouting man" behaved abominably, which absolutely he did, manipulative behaviour, is a separate issue.

    I mean they wanted to only ask him to not show their faces in his video, which in my opinion would've been rather reasonable request. But the woman's miscommunication and then the chinese man's escalation blew all this way out of porportion. Shame since I wouldn't be surprised if someone in the group would have real consequences if their faces were up on internet, considering they're from china.

I stand 100% with the pianist. If they don’t want to be filmed in a public place, then maybe they shouldn’t stand in front of a camera.

    yeah they really don't like it when you tell them you are entirely within your rights in the UK to create video and audio recordings for ANY purpose, and even if a public establishment has signs forbidding it you are STILL allowed to film for purposes of ensuring your own security and to prevent your rights from being violated. A lot of police are not even fully aware of the laws regarding this though so they will very often throw the rattle out of the pram when you refuse to stop recording.
