Wow Paul! It was like a walk through the London Streets. Thankyou
G'day Paul, Love the pics mate, especially the Memorial Wall and the one of Big Ben at night
LOVE all the photos, Paul! I especially loved the memorial wall with both its visual of what you see and don't see with the shadows.
I have been waiting for this video! Excellent photos Paul!
Hi Paul. It was great to see you & thank you for your patience with me !!. Great photos & I see a bit of symmetry on the underground😀. I was at LHR last weekend & have tried your suggestions, but not properly looked at the results yet ( will let you know ).
Wow, love the images Paul, thank you for sharing. Certainly looks like an amazing place. I too love the image with the girl in front of the wall of hearts, just beautiful.
Beautiful work Paul and thanks for the tips
Amazing Images Paul! You are simply the BEST Photographer and Teacher on KZread! Keep up the good work and thanks for your awesome channel. 🤝🙏🇿🇦
Wonderful video Paul!!! Thank you for sharing it with us. 🥰🥰🥰
I would definitely love to see a tutorial on how to take several shots and putting them together. The details in the clock are amazing. I think it makes the shot perfect.
Absolutely with you on your love of the photo of the Memorial Wall and your reading of it. Glad you enjoyed your time back in London and thanks for yet another brilliant video.
Great video Paul, love your shots of Soho in particular! Very inspiring.

Hello, Paul! Happy to watch a new video from you! Very nice pictures and I have to admit you gave me few ideas about what I could do in my next close trip!

Great photos Paul. I just find there is so much inspiration shooting in Europe with the amazing streetscapes, buildings, monuments and the vibe there.
Great photos Paul and I love how you tell us the story as well as weave a number of comments related to technique and approach. Each of these could probably be the subject of its own video (leading eye, motion blur to minimize/eliminate people, the bus lights but no bus seen, impacts of lighting etc.). The one I know I could use the most help on is the clockface (or moon or other bright object) as shot 1 and properly exposed and the shot 2 to expose the rest properly: I think I understand the theory but not sure how to execute it in the camera. The woman against the hearts and the shadows is really kind of eerie. I can imagine the life size on a wall. Also, on the street photography: do you have a starting point set of settings for nights... Your shots seem to vary quite a bit on shutter speed. Thanks!! Steve
Lovely to see your photos of London, I lived there fore so long, but would never want to go back. The underground was terrible and the way tall buildings have taken over the city means you do have to look for your subjects a bit harder.
Another great video Paul . Thanks for the great images. The " How To Fix " is also invaluable.

Hi Paul, I got goose bumps when you spoke about the painted Hearts on the wall, very touching. I enjoyed watching your great photos like the Purple London Eye, St Paul's Cathedral, Big Ben. Also I liked the Panorama photo and the light trails, wow those colours really popped. Thanks for taking the ice skating picture you don't see much skating and it was refreshing to see something different and beautiful. Thanks Paul for sharing your photos from London. 🇬🇧💂😊
Enjoyed all the photos. While I have visited Germany and Switzerland many, many times, I have never been to the UK. I will definitely come back to this video for reference when I eventually get to London. Thanks for sharing.

You're so welcome, it is my pleasure.
That new image of battersea power station, the old one had the sunrise, but the new one has back-lit clouds, and all the futuristic illuminations. If anything, i think it's good that you got wildly different conditions, if it was the same it'd be boring. Instead you got two images that are technically the same, but so different. I liked the portrait shots of vendors and soho streets, I love that whole "low down" perspective, especially with lit/ mirrored in puddles. You should do a video on that.
Loved the memorial wall especially as you captured life against such a sad time in modern history 😢

Thank you for the feedback 🙂 Walking along memorial wall and reading the names and messages is heartbreaking.
I enjoyed the views of Westminster, the Thames and the old Victorian lamps. I have taken some of those same shots myself, when I lived there. Incidentally, Big Ben is the name of the bell inside the tower, not the tower itself. The tower itself, was renamed the Elizabeth Tower some years ago in honour of the late Queen. There is a nice statue of Queen Boudica across the road from the Houses of Parliament, beside some steps leading down to the Thames. It makes for a nice photograph. Captain Blyth, ( of Mutiny on the Bounty fame), is also buried just behind Parliament. I also liked the statues of Cromwell, Richard the Lion Heart and Churchill around Parliament. Westminster Hall is beautiful, the hammer beam roof is the largest in Europe and is very impressive, well worth a visit. In medieval times the courts were held here. So many wonderful places to visit in London, I'm feeling quite nostalgic now. Picadilly Circus has the iconic statue of Eros and there is a small statue of Charlie Chaplin in Liecester Square. I love the bridges over the Thames but I think Hammersmith bridge, lit up at night, is my favourite. Your video brought back a lot of pleasant memories. Many thanks.

That Covid memorial wall photo is a cracker Paul, well done! Once you provided some context it just made it so more poignant. Good work.
Excellente vidéo ! Très heureux d’avoir fait cette balade londonienne en votre compagnie. Vos photographies sont superbes et très inspirantes. Bravo ! Je m’abonne à votre chaîne 👍
Hi Paul, really enjoy your videos and have learned a lot since I started watching them. I don't know if I missed a video on the metering modes on an entry level dslr but if you haven't done one I would greatly appreciate one Thanks Jeff
Fanastic video Paul, just need to correct you. That second bridge with all the lights is Albert Bridge not Chelsea Bridge. Chelsea Bridge was the one you was walking on First. Thanks

I live in UK and manage to visit London every couple of months. I love your photos, particulaly in such low light. I shoot wildlife with the Z9 but recently picked up a used Z6 as my travel camera with the 24-120 F4. I’d be interested to know what lens you used.

Thanks for the feedback Geoff. The two Nikon lenses I travelled with were the Z 24-70 f4 S and Z 14-30mm f4 S. You can pause the video to see a description of the camera settings as well as which camera and lens combination was used for every image. Best wishes.
Great shots 👍👍 I wish I could do that but I had to put my camera in pawn and won't be able to get it out. I'm on fixed income and can't afford another camera 😦😦

Thank you Paul, fab photos. How's many lenses dude you take?
Great video and fab photos. I'm looking to upgrade my Canon Eos 1200D to a new Canon. What do you suggest for an intermediate - sports (rugby) and landscape photography?
No you would NOT use the delete tool to reveal the clock face. You would create a mask for non-destructive correction. You might take three shots and then blend all three images for even a better image.
The Z6 does not have ISO of 64 (seen at 4:55) but the Z7 does.
What program to put the cannon power shotsx540 on for birthday party
Great Video and pictures. The bridge you shot was actually Albert Bridge ( not Chelsea ) Easy mistake to make.
Hi Paul, loved the shots, are actually British then?
