I had just purchased one. It took me a while to get it going. It was printing blanks. After contacting their customer service, and sending photos of the printer with a blank page, I was informed I had the paper installed incorrectly. After viewing a video they attached on how to install the paper, I got it to work. It's a cute pocket-size printer! You could print both photos and text!❤
